What ages do you watch?
We care for children aged 6 months to 12 years during weddings.
Do you provide meals?
Yes, we include nutritious snacks and can accommodate dietary needs.
Are your nannies background checked?
All our nannies are thoroughly vetted, with background checks and professional experience.
How many children per nanny?
Typically we assign one nanny per 5 children to ensure attentive care.
Do you come to the venue?
Yes, our team arrives before the event to set up a kid-friendly space.

Are you insured?
Yes. EverAfter carries liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance upon request if required by your venue.
How early should we book?
We recommend booking as early as your venue reservation (6–12 months) for peak wedding season. For smaller or off-peak dates, we may still be available on shorter notice.
Can you accommodate destination weddings?
Yes, subject to staffing availability and travel logistics. We will provide an all-inclusive quote that covers travel, accommodations, and per-diem for staff.
What if a child is injured or becomes ill?
Nannies are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. Our protocol is to administer immediate care, contact emergency services if needed, and notify parents and the event coordinator right away.
Do you follow our event schedule?
Absolutely. We coordinate in advance with your wedding planner or point person and will follow the timeline to ensure minimal disruption.
